John Satherley was born in the South Island of New Zealand, in a small wine region, country town of Blenheim. In his younger years, John served an apprenticeship in painting and decorating, was a keen rugby player and enjoyed playing bass guitar.

John moved to Australia in 1978 and followed his passion for real estate. He quickly realised he was on the right path, as whilst working for Roy Weston Real Estate in Warwick, John achieved the title of Top Selling Rep after only 3 months, selling homes in Padbury, Hamersley and Greenwood.

In 2002, John became Manager of Land Estates for Estates Development Company, working on “The Grange” Caversham and “Harbour Rise Estate” opposite Hillarys Boat Harbour.

Originally from the South West town of Pemberton, Warren is as West Australian as they come. Moving to Perth shortly after secondary school, Warren started his financial career in 1998 with Rams Home loans.

After receiving Rookie of the Year from ME Bank, Warren was responsible for the development of the broker channel with P&N Bank and also contributed to the finance industry through his broad involvement with the industry body, Sequal.

During her time with Apple Settlements, Valerie undertook everything from redesigning the computer systems and the way the business operated, to changing the colour of the office walls. Valerie joined the Peard Group in early 2015 as the Licensee of Evolution Settlements, excited to run a larger team where she could apply her proven strategies and expand the already well-established business.
