Our offices and sales associates are part of an award winning, locally owned and operated Western Australian real estate group.

The company commenced in November 1997, with just one office and three staff, after Founder and CEO Peter Peard saw an opportunity in the market for a singularly owned Real Estate organisation, as opposed to the normal franchise model.

Today, the company comprises of 11 branch offices, each of which at least 51% is owned by the Peard Group and the remainder is owned by shareholders within that office. In addition, a corporate head office provides centralised marketing, accounts and human resources support to each branch office, allowing for standard systems and processes throughout the group, making everyday operations easier and the brand stronger. To complement our real estate services, we also provide Peard Finance and Evolution Settlements as a further service to clients. We also offer Peard Career Centre, a WA first training school for New Sales Associates to equip them with all the skills and knowledge for a successful real estate career.
