Digital property displays are possibly the most innovative current real estate marketing concept. Peard Real Estate’s ‘Property Gallery’ was the first of its kind in Western Australia when it was unveiled in 2003.
It has since been renovated twice and now combines an interactive touch-screen kiosk, twelve digital plasma and LCD displays, traditional ‘window cards’ and information boards displaying current property listings as well as general and local real estate information.
The touch-screen kiosk allows customers to browse through listed property information at their leisure, calculate their intended mortgage repayments and search for a Peard Real Estate representative, as well as print off information brochures.
For those buyers who aren’t as computer savvy there are also traditional window card displays accessible all hours of the day, any day of the week.
The Peard Gallery is the complete ‘real estate shop’ for the 21st Century, providing appealing and informative exposure for both buyers and sellers.
