Acting on behalf of W.R. Carpenter Properties, Peard Group was appointed in 2004 to provide specific Project Marketing advice and to take responsibility for the sale of the remaining 130 lots.

Peard Group’s marketing advice and strategy was successfully utilised. Through working closely with the developer we were able to maintain sales rates and indeed maximise on the gross realisation of the project.

As significant and established development located 10 minutes from the Perth CBD, with sensational views over parks and water, this project is regarded as one of the leading residential developments in the northern suburbs.

Adjoining the beach in addition to being within close proximity of public transport and a short drive from Joondalup City, this prestigious development comprising in excess of 450 lots proved to be highly successful.

Acting on behalf of Investa Property Group, Peard Group provided invaluable sales and marketing advice through the 6 year development period.

The Quinns Beach scheme pioneered a new residential sub-division in the location and at one stage was the furthermost suburban development point north of the city.

Working with developer Silverton Pty Ltd, the Peard Group operated the sales office for this 1200 lot Oceanside Estate scheme over a period of 4 years.

Invited to take control of the marketing of the scheme approximately two thirds of the way through the project, the Peard Group succeeded in achieving optimum sales targets in relation to the final 400 lots.

An exclusive private, waterfront estate with cottage style lots, the development by W.R. Carpenter Properties utilised our marketing expertise to sell almost half the scheme lots prior to issuing of titles and the balance of sales followed closely within two months.

Park Lane, Hillarys
A prestigious town house and villa development, Peard Group were involved in the acquisition and project marketing of this site with all townhouses selling within just two months.

Acting on behalf of a Perth based accountancy firm, Peard Group provided acquisition, project marketing and sales advice in relation to this 25 lot residential development. Located within the City of Wanneroo, this syndicated scheme was a standard level sub-divisional scheme providing quality family sized lots at affordable prices within an existing and established residential area.

Peard Group was instrumental in assembling several rural sites. This gave out syndicate the opportunity to create 82 single residential lots. Peard Group was appointed to market and sell these; they were successfully sold off the plan within 3 months.

Acting on behalf of Van der Meer Consultants, Peard Group provided project marketing advice for the 50 lot sub-division.

Nestled between superb parklands and bush, Peard Group were the selling agent for this 130 lots scheme which proved very popular with the majority of blocks being within close proximity to the landscaped parks and lakes and a variety of shopping, recreational facilities and amenities.

Peard Group acted as the selling agent for 90 lots comprising of 40 land-only and 50 house and land packages in the premium private estate of C-Air. It is just minutes from world-class beaches and close to public transport, Westfield Whitfords City, Hillarys Marina and so much more.
