Successfully selling homes in the local area since 1981, Gary achieved his agents license in 1988 and bought into Carters as licensee / principal shortly after. A long list of past clientele entrust him with their property needs and he has been very active in the local community , at one stage Chairman of the Bayswater Community Bank.
